I am a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience supporting businesses across New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and the United States. With a strong background in HR leadership, employee relations, industrial relations, organisational culture, training, recruitment and health & safety, I am committed to delivering practical, people-centred solutions that align with business goals and drive sustainable performance.
My approach is grounded in relationship-building, strategic alignment, and a deep understanding of the full HR lifecycle—from talent acquisition and development to remuneration frameworks, payroll systems, and employee exits. I am known for my ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, lead organisations through change, and foster positive workplace cultures that support both employees and business outcomes.
I bring proven expertise in chairing company committees, guiding senior leadership on HR matters, and navigating complex employment and industrial relations issues. My experience includes successful union negotiations, managing collective bargaining agreements, and providing operational and strategic HR support in highly regulated and fast-paced environments.Having worked in multiple sectors—including healthcare, food manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, and labour broking—I have a strong ability to adapt, influence, and drive HR initiatives in diverse business settings.
I take pride in my professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering high-quality HR governance and support.I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Behavioural Science (Cum Laude), am a qualified Development Facilitator, and am trained across several leading HR and payroll systems including Employment Hero, Rippling and Sage. I am also a proud member of HRNZ and AHRI.
Across every role I’ve held—from HR/IR Officer to Group HR Executive and Employee Relations Manager—my focus has remained consistent: supporting people, strengthening organisations, and creating workplaces where both employees and businesses can thrive.
In addition to my HR expertise I am also a licensed PI private investigator.
